Feedback that arrives with the final grade comes too late for students to act on it. In this session, we will look at four tiers of feedback—automated, whole class, targeted group, and individual—and practice with several tools available within Canvas designed to make feedback delivery both timely and manageable. We will also cover how these approaches fit with Notre Dame’s Guidance on the Use of Artificial Intelligence for Assessment.
