This workshop focuses exclusively on Google's AI tools for the academic research pipeline: Gemini, Deep Research, and NotebookLM. Participants will learn how to leverage these integrated tools to increase efficiency and streamline time-intensive processes such as literature reviews. We will move beyond simple querying to master sophisticated prompt engineering techniques, ensuring that all research processes adhere to ethical disclosure and verification standards.
The AI Literacy workshop series is an offering of the AI Collaborative Programming group, a cross-unit partnership between the Hesburgh Libraries, ND Learning, and the Office of Information Technology.
